SOURCE AND MODIFICATIONS
This snapshot is derived from the Overture Maps Foundation Places theme. It has been filtered to a Philadelphia-area bounding box, normalized into a compact record format, and deduplicated by name, address, and category. The source identifiers and source-license metadata available in the upstream records are retained in the snapshot.

LICENSES
Overture Places records have source-specific licenses. The October 2026 Overture Places theme identifies data under:
- Community Data License Agreement — Permissive, Version 2.0 (CDLA-Permissive-2.0)
- Apache License, Version 2.0 (Apache-2.0), including Foursquare-sourced records
- CC0 1.0 for AllThePlaces-sourced records

QUALITY AND USE
The source is a monthly snapshot, not a live directory. A missing website or phone means that the snapshot contains no value for that field; it does not prove the business lacks a website or phone. Overture documents known issues including duplicate records, junk records, and incomplete attributes. Verify each prospect independently before contacting it.
